During this session, we will explore services that you are seeking and what can be provided to assist you.

Reframe Session

30 minutes


During this session, we will explore your (3) primary Desires, Beliefs/Values, Goals and those matters that help to complement forward movement along with areas that maybe hindering your progress. We will reframe, restructure and realign your strategic plan as needed for goal achievement.

Frame Up Session

1 hour and 30 minutes

We will develop a strategic plan that fits your goals and provides the best strategy, plan, structure and outcome measurements for you.

The Unbreakable Bond Coaching Group Coaching Session

2 hours

​

This group is designed to provide assistance for women up to 10.

​

These sessions also serve as a private environment for a mother along with her adult daughter to have one on one time with a coach assisting them in enhancing, growing and fortifying their relationships.
